Everett Fairchild Award
Hixson, TN — Friends of Hixson is proud to announce that Brooklyn Garrett has been named the recipient of the Everett Fairchild Award, presented during the Hixson High School Awards Ceremony held at Abba’s House on Friday, April 24, 2026. The award was presented by Friends of Hixson Board Member, Ron Bailey, in recognition of Brooklyn’s outstanding leadership and commitment to both her school and the greater Hixson community. The Everett Fairchild Scholarship is awarded annually to a student who exemplifies strong leadership qualities, integrity, and a dedication to service.
